The flower arrangement Vicki created was just spectacular. Vicki was so nice to work with, she understood the vision of the design we wanted to make the arrangement very personalized for our friend. I was so blown away when I saw the arrangement, I wanted to give Vicki a hug. She really went the extra mile to make something extra special. I'll definitely be calling Bloom and Bramble next time I need flowers.

----
Florist's Response:

Thank you so much, Marsha. This piece meant a lot to me—I felt such a strong connection to it and really wanted it to stand out as something special. I truly hope his family felt that love as well. Your kind words mean more than you know… and I’ll definitely be collecting that hug next time. ?

Ordered a bouquet for mil. Turned out lovely and she was happy. Thank you, Vicki for your help! Great local place to order flowers.

----
Florist's Response:

Thanks so much Mary! Was a pleasure to create with you!

This arrangement was even more beautiful than the photo. All of the flowers were fresh, and the satin ribbon and the vase were perfect. Vicki even confirmed the church address, ensuring that the arrangement was delivered in time for the viewing.

----
Florist's Response:

Thanks so much Robin! We appreciate your kind comments and look forward to creating with you again!

They are wonderful. The staff that took my information was very helpful and the delivery was better than on-time. Looking back at the situation I might have been a little pressured into spending over X amount of dollars, maybe it was just me and my novice flower giving ways… in a pinch I will use them again. Hopefully next time if there is a next time I think ahead of time so I can do some price shopping.

Florist's Response:

Hi Jon, Thank you for your review! It was a pleasure making your wife's floral arrangement, it was a colorful spring arrangement. We used Ranunculus, Butterfly ranunculus, Freesia, Stock, Wax lowers and Larkspur. (we didn't use garden roses per your request). I wasn't aware you felt pressured at all as we shared a laugh at your cute card message. We certainly don't ever want anyone to feel pressured or that they didn't get their full value in flowers or design. Is there something we can do to make you feel better? If so, please give me a call at 801-822-6522. We realize our shop isn't for everyone, but we expect everyone who does buy from us to be absolutely satisfied. I hope your wife's birthday was beautiful and hope she enjoys her flowers throughly. All the best to you both!

They did a gret job! The flowers that I originally wanted were difficult to get in stock, but they were able to find a few and adjust the flowers to compensate, and come up with a beautiful arrangement.

The ability to adapt and still create something beautiful really stood out, as I had a certain idea in mind. Great job!

----
Florist's Response:

Thanks so much! Those peonies gave me nightmares, but in the end all turned out beautifully! We appreciate you!

This place is amazing!!! We live in Nv and wanted to send flowers to our daughter in law. The website is so easy to navigate and I LOVE that they are a true brick and mortar flower shop Right in Orem!! I have had awful experiences with online flower orders showing up in A box for the recipient to put together. Not this place!! The flowers were gorgeous and their communication was amazing!! I received a call letting me know the flowers were on the way, and also an email! Then another call and email once they were delivered!! I will use this place again for sure!!! I give them an 11 out of 10 all the way around!! Thank you!!!

----
Florist's Response:

Thank you so much Theresa! We appreciate your review and we are so happy that your daughter in law loved the flowers!! Come back again!

I was very happy with the lady that I spoke with on the phone. Very personable and helpful. Accommodating to my wishes. I did have a message from the family that they loved the arrangement, but I have not seen a picture of it. Thank you, Lynda Drake

----
Florist's Response:

Thanks so much, Lynda! I sent you a photo this morning! Our delivery driver said that they loved the arrangement, also! We appreciate your business and wish you a wonderful 2026!

The day that I ordered, I requested an earlier delivery and they kindly obliged. The beautiful arrangement was literally delivered a couple hours after ordering. It was outstanding service, thank you so much! So very much appreciated!

----
Florist's Response:

Thanks so much Nadja! Happy to oblige!
